1. All our Sample Packs & Soundbanks are 100% Royalty-Free and can be used in any commercial musical projects such as original tracks or remixes
1.1 Project Files & Templates do not fall under this license and are property of Ekko-Sounds. It’s not allowed to use these products for your own commercial purposes.
2. Redistribution of the services provided by Ekko-Sounds is strictly prohibited. All our services are protected by International Copyright Law.
3. You cannot use our Presets and Samples as a base for your own products such as Sample Packs or Preset Packs. This is strictly prohibited
4. We may at any time change or alter the price of our products. We do not offer refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offers.
5. All orders placed on the website are delivered digitally via the internet. They are not sent via post or delivered to the customer as tangible goods.
Ghost Production Conditions
We recently integrated a new feature for selling original and exclusive music on our platform. Only trusted and a limited number of producers are able to publish their songs in our platform, which means all the tracks are original ideas made by professional producers.
As “buyer”, you will receive the mastered, unmasted version, MIDIs, Project File (without any additional cost) and stems in a zip folder available for download after purchase. When you buy a track on the platform, you receive the copyrights and property rights with an exclusive license for use, reproduction, and transformation, without limit, from the purchased item. The buyer has the rights to publish the work under his name, pseudonym, brand, sign, or anonymously.
The use of our products will be made under the current intellectual property law, which buyers must know and respect. In this way, we are not responsible for the use of our sold products.
Refund Policy
First, we will remember certain characteristics of our products, which differentiate it from an usual product, especially as regards the possibility of returning it, so we must take into account these characteristics to understand our return policy:

4. Confidentiality
Due to the characteristics of the products that we offer, and protecting us in that the buyer has the possibility, to listen as many times as he wants the song, and he knows exactly what he is buying, we can not offer the return of the products, since due to his nature, if the product goes through other hands that are not the final customer, they would lose all the value they have, seriously affecting the seller, unfairly.
