01 — Orders & Payment
We accept the following payment options:

Your payment details are 100% secure.
After your purchase, you will be redirected to an order page where you can download your products. You will also receive an email with all download links.
You can download the product a total of 15 times and it will never expire.
Once the download limit is reached, make sure to contact us by email at contact@ekko-sounds.com to get more downloads without any additional cost.
If you lost your download link, you can either sign into your account with your email address or request a new download link by email: contact@ekko-sounds.com — include your order number, purchased items, name and email used at checkout, so we can easily verify the authenticity.
As we offer digital goods, refunds are usually not possible, since digital products cannot be "returned" like normal products. So to prevent abuse of the system, we only offer refunds in exceptional cases.
If you want to submit a refund request, please reach out to us at contact@ekko-sounds.com and include the order number of your purchase within the email.
02 — Licensing
Yes! All our products are 100% Royalty-Free!
This means that you can use all our sounds in your tracks and release them without having to pay us any royalties.
Royalty-Free does not mean you can re-release our products as your own. This is strictly prohibited.
03 — Ghost Production
Yes. Every ghost production track is sold exclusively — to a single buyer only.
Once purchased, you receive full ownership of the production. You can register and release it under your own name as the author/producer, with no usage restrictions and no future royalties owed to Ekko Sounds.
