The rules for using Ekko Sounds and buying our products — written so you'd actually want to read them.
By using the Ekko Sounds website and purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to the terms laid out below. If a particular product or service comes with its own posted guidelines, those apply too. If you don't agree with any part of this, please don't use the site.
2.1 — Sample Packs & Soundbanks
100% royalty-free. Use them in any commercial musical project — original tracks or remixes — with no additional royalty owed to us.
2.2 — Project Files & Templates
Not covered by that license. These remain property of Ekko Sounds and aren't licensed for your own commercial use.
Prices can change at any time, including for promotions and sales. If you buy at full price and the price later drops, that isn't eligible for a refund or partial credit.
All purchases are delivered digitally through the website — nothing is shipped physically. You can download each purchase up to 15 times, and access never expires. If you hit that limit, email contact@ekko-sounds.com and we'll sort you out at no extra cost.
Only a limited, trusted group of producers can publish tracks through this program, so everything here is an original idea from a professional producer.
When you buy a track, you get the mastered version, the unmastered version, MIDI files, the full project file, and stems — all in one zip, at no extra cost. You also get full copyright and an exclusive license to use, reproduce, and adapt the track without limits. Release it under your name, a pseudonym, a label, or anonymously — it's yours.
How you use it afterward falls under standard intellectual property law, and it's on you to stay within it. We're not liable for how a purchased track is used after the sale.
7.1 — Standard Products
Applies to: All ProductsDigital goods can't be "returned" the way physical products can, so as a rule we don't offer refunds. We do make exceptions on a case-by-case basis — email contact@ekko-sounds.com with your order number and we'll take a look.
7.2 — Ghost Production
Applies to: Ghost ProductionGhost Production purchases are final, no exceptions. This is because the track is intangible and non-transferable once sold; it's sold to a single buyer only; you can listen to the full track before buying, so you know exactly what you're getting; and confidentiality is core to the deal — once a track changes hands after the sale, it loses the exclusivity that gives it its value, which wouldn't be fair to us as the seller.
